Masses of flowers in wine red with a black dot at the centre on upper petals, lower petals pale pink. Leaves grey green, serrated and ovate. Prostrate almost trailing habit. This variety was raised by our mother and you can tell she had an eye for something different.
Plants are supplied in a 6cm biodegradable pot. There is no need to remove this pot as roots will grow thorough it and the pot, which is made of fibre, will degrade harmlessly into the compost.

Love the colour combination of the flowers in this plant. Red uppers and shell pink on the lower petals give this plant a striking appearance. The plant received was nice and compact and having potted it on it is now raring to grow. I have had this plant in the past and not found it so easy to keep in good shape as other types of pelargoniums. It tends to have a sprawly open habit in time. Neither have i found it easy to propagate in comparison to most pelargoniums which are pretty much straight forward .I feel it is well worth the extra effort but perhaps it is better in the hands of the more skilled grower.
This was one of several pelargoniums I bought - all were small healthy plants which are doing really well after being potted on. This one has unusual shaped grey green leaves, and one exquisite little flower has already appeared. Really looking forward to being able to plant them out in pots a bit later in the year!
My plants arrived in perfect condition as always, lovely strong examples (I have received from elsewhere that were tiny in comparison) very happy.
