Hello Fibrex followers! As September is fast approaching and the business take over activity is starting to ramp up I wanted to briefly introduce myself so you could put a face to the name!
I’m Ed, a 3rd generation grower who’s been in and around horticulture all of my life. For the last 7 years I have been running a veg and herb business specialising in young plants. My family and I are now super excited to be starting out on a new venture and couldn’t be more pleased that it’s with Fibrex!
Whilst I can’t promise that we will ever quite reach the extremely high bar that the current Fibrex team have set, what I can promise is that we will do all we can to ensure that you continue to get the incredible plants you’ve loved for so long for years to come.
Whilst I have already prepared Ursula and Angela to be delaying retirement for a further few years to impart their knowledge onto the new team you will be seeing some new faces as we begin to transition.
Thank you all for your kind words and support so far. Myself and my family are looking forward to the journey to come.
