This vibrant, scarlet Formosum-type is a wonderful addition to our collection. Free flowering on a well-branched yet compact plant, it looks fabulous en masse.

Plants are supplied in a 6cm biodegradable pot. There is no need to remove this pot as roots will grow through it and the pot, which is made of fibre, will degrade harmlessly into the compost.

Wrong cultivar?

I received my parcel today, nicely packaged in biodegradable paper and cardboard. I was excited to open it but alas, the Prim is just opening showing pink petals!! It’s supposed to be a purest white! Similarly the Thessaloniki is also showing a tiny pink bud when it’s meant to be a vibrant red. Very disappointed. Labels must have got muddled in the nursery!

The plant arrived very well packaged, the plant is about 4 inches tall and is already in flower. A beautiful dark red, this is one that everyone should have in their collection.
