Another old variety used as bedding in the Victorian era. An upright habit with medium-sized, regal-type flowers, white with a large, light crimson blotch on each petal. Although this has an open old fashioned look, it grows very well outside in containers as it was intended to do, out performing some modern varieties.
Plants are supplied in a 6cm biodegradable pot. There is no need to remove this pot as roots will grow thorough it and the pot, which is made of fibre, will degrade harmlessly into the compost.
